Terms of Service
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms govern your use of soradar.app, dash.soradar.app and the Soradar API (together, the “Service”), provided by Soradar (“Soradar”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for professional use.
2. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and its API keys. Tell us at support@soradar.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The Service
Soradar lets you ask questions about public social media activity and answers them with data it fetches from social platforms, computed metrics and AI-written analysis. The same data is available through the API. We improve the Service continuously, so features may be added, changed or removed. Features marked as preview or beta may be less reliable.
4. Credits and payment
- Use of the Service is measured in credits. Data lookups and AI processing use credits, and the app and API show what each request used.
- New accounts receive free credits once, in the amount shown at sign-up.
- If you buy a plan or credits, the price, the credits included, when they renew and how long they last are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and taxes may apply.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
- Payments are non-refundable and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change prices with advance notice. A change applies from your next purchase or renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and must not:
- use it to harass, stalk, intimidate, dox or discriminate against anyone;
- try to obtain private information, or combine data to identify or profile individuals for an unlawful or harmful purpose;
- use data from the Service in breach of data protection, privacy, consumer or intellectual property law;
- send spam or unsolicited messages to people found through the Service;
- share your API keys, resell or sublicense access to the Service, or use it to build a competing data service, without our written permission;
- get around credit charges, rate limits or other restrictions, or interfere with or overload the Service;
- probe, scan or test the Service’s security, or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows;
- use the Service for anything illegal.
When you handle personal data you obtain through the Service, you are responsible for having a lawful basis for doing so.
6. Public data and third-party platforms
Data in the Service comes from public content on third-party platforms. That content belongs to the people who published it, and Soradar is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Platforms can change or restrict what is available, so coverage may change. You are responsible for how you use and republish content, including respecting its authors’ rights.
7. AI-generated answers
Answers are written by AI models from the data fetched for them. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check them against the cited sources before relying on them. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice.
8. Your content
You keep your rights in what you submit — your questions, notes and edits — and, as between you and us, in the answers produced for you, subject to the rights of others in the underlying public content. You give us permission to host, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service. We do not use your chats to train AI models.
9. API
Keep API keys confidential and revoke any key you believe is exposed. Requests made with your keys are charged to your account. The API may apply rate limits, and we may change it with reasonable notice where a change would break existing integrations.
10. Our rights
The Service, its software, design and the Soradar name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no right to use them except to use the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@soradar.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or others at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable we will tell you first. Credits in an account closed for a breach of these terms are forfeited.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service or of data obtained through it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will revise the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
